The "small Airwolf" from VARIO is a 650 size scale helicopter. You can power this remote-controlled model helicopter with electric propulsion. The film helicopter (Bell 222 with lateral fuselage widening) is an invention of Universal Television and Belisarius Productions. The myth of legendary performance potential surrounds him as much as the legends of his film history. Everyone secretly dreams of spectacular flights with an AIRWOLF. There are no limits to your imagination when building this model! The kit contains a large number of dummies and comes into its own with additional rivets (20,000 for the film helicopter). We offer this helicopter in GRP (Ord.No. 2001) or Carbon (Ord.No. 2008).For VARIO's 650 Airwolf we recommend a maximum main rotor speed of 1600 rpm. Electric drive sets from VARIO are already tuned to this head speed.Available for:Skyfox-Electric MechanicsThe Skyfox mechanics is a classic, VARIO original product. Where glow plug nitro engines used to be, today a small, powerful electric motor drives your rotorcraft. Skyfox, that stands for lightness as it is desired in electric flight resulting in longer flight times. The kit with Ord.No. 2001 (or its carbon version Ord.No. 2008) contains the frames for the Skyfox mechanics. The fuselage doesn't provide functional doors, but with a little skill and initiative you can exchange or charge the batteries via an individually created revision opening. You can choose between two Skyfox drive sets: for 6S or 10S LiPos.
