There are two variants of the Ecureuil, a single turbine version (AS 350) and also a twin turbine version (AS 355). Our kit contains fiberglass parts for the construction of both types.

Description

The "small Ecureuil" from VARIO is a 700, resp. 750 size scale helicopter. You can power this remote-controlled model helicopter with gasoline (benzin) or electric propulsion. Aérospatiale is the creator of the man-carrying version and Airbus Helicopters produces this helicopter.

For VARIO's 750 Ecureuil we recommend a maximum main rotor speed of 1350 rpm (Skyfox: 1500 rpm). Electric drive sets from VARIO are already tuned to this head speed.
