The shape and dimensions of the Hughes fuselages allow for the installation of a three outlet exhaust. The outlets on the left and right hand sides offer the necessary cross-section and greatly reduce the forward thrust. This keeps the scale rear outlet while only discharging a small amount of the total exhaust gas.
