Shipping
All shipments will be made by an external transport agency, shipping times can range from 3 days to 15 days at most for shipments within the Peninsula, and for shipments to Canary Islands / Balearic Islands and Ceuta and Melilla. If the material is available in our warehouse, the merchandise will go out the same day or the next day in case it is not possible to send it on the same day due to company hours. If the material is not available, we will contact you to notify the delivery date.
Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation.
Upon receiving the order, check if there were any transport blows within the first 24 hours of receipt. We do not accept claims after that period, it is the term that the transport agencies give us to claim the possible damages suffered during the shipment.
Returns:
Only returns of defective products are accepted. To do this, they must contact us via telephone (+34) 91 554 00 22 or email cr@speedrotor.com
Changes:
If the change is due to an error on the part of the customer by mistake when placing the order, we will send the requested merchandise plus the relevant shipping costs, and the customer must send the product / s duly packaged already paid to the address of SpeedRotor SL
If the change is due to an error by SpeedRotor S.L., we will send the requested merchandise at no additional cost, and the customer must send the product / s duly packaged and due to the address of SpeedRotor S.L ..
