Stickers with type specific lettering, registration, and warning notices are printed on clear foil. With ruler and scalpel (Ord.No. 11/59) you will obtain a clean cut for individual items out of a sticker. Do not remove the foil with your finger nail, this could stretch the edge of the foil. The tip of the scalpel would best suit your purpose, and you put it on one edge of the sticker, to slide it between the foil and the paper. If it does not work take hold just before the end of the edge with thumb and forefinger. Than quickly move the scalpel with the other hand up and down over the edge. Now it should be no more a problem to pull out the foil easily from the paper. Do not touch the foil on the adhesive side (fingerprints!), but hold it still with the scalpel, until it is fixed in the correct position on the model.
