Flanged ballrace 6 x 10 x 3 mm

Commentaire(s): 0

Ballraces are used wherever moving parts are required to run with a minimum of play and a minimum of friction. The more ballraces are used, the more smoothly the mechanics of a helicopter works, and the lower the rate of wear. The dimensions of a ballrace mean: inside diameter (I.D.) x outside diameter (O.D.) x thickness. For flanged bearings the same...

Hole cutter up to 16 mm Ø

11/64
Note

There are far more holes to be drilled in a helicopter fuselage than just the ordinary air inlet holes.
Think of the access holes for the needle valve and the glow plug, openings for the exhaust manifold and the initial stage of cutting window openings.
This hole cutter does an excellent job.
Hole cutter, up to 16 mm.

Here a few hints for making perfect small sized holes with the cone shaped hole cutter 11/64:
Take an old used o-ring, for instant Ord.No. 74/5, and push it over the hole cutter to a position of your desired hole diameter. Just stop cutting as the o-ring is getting close to the surface you are working on.
Another easy methode is to make a mark with a felt pen at the proper diameter and stop cutting at the mark.

Rotor blade allen key for M6 socket-head screws

Commentaire(s): 0

Rotor blades for large-scale model helicopters must be secured using screws of the appropriate size. Normally M4 bolts are employed, but here the usual size is M6. The T-handle of this M6 allen key provides plenty of torque, but you should only tighten the screws to the point where the blades can still align themselves at start-up.

Die M 3.0 HSS

Commentaire(s): 0

Our easy-to-use dies are made of top-quality HSS steel. The bevelled entry to the dies ensures that the thread always starts exactly "square" and cuts cleanly. Good thread-cutting oil is as important as the die itself, as it extends the useful life of the tool several times over.
