Flanged ballrace 6 x 10 x 3 mm

Recensioni: 0

Ballraces are used wherever moving parts are required to run with a minimum of play and a minimum of friction. The more ballraces are used, the more smoothly the mechanics of a helicopter works, and the lower the rate of wear. The dimensions of a ballrace mean: inside diameter (I.D.) x outside diameter (O.D.) x thickness. For flanged bearings the same...

Stainless steel tail drive system

17/10
Valutazione

When a 2 mm steel drive wire is used between main gearbox and tail gearbox the tail rotor might yaw the heli during acrobatics (e.g. turn), because the wire might "wind up". At this moment a small "wind up" will cause a small change of tail rpm, which requires steering corrections.
A so-called "rigid" tail drive system gives a more exact drive to the tail rotor.
This version (for installation in a fuselage) uses a 980 mm long stainless steel drive tube. The length allows mounting in nearly all fuselages; claw connectors 49/12 in main gearbox and tail gearbox are required.
Tail drive system, complete as shown.
