Flanged ballrace 6 x 10 x 3 mm

Review(s): 0

Ballraces are used wherever moving parts are required to run with a minimum of play and a minimum of friction. The more ballraces are used, the more smoothly the mechanics of a helicopter works, and the lower the rate of wear. The dimensions of a ballrace mean: inside diameter (I.D.) x outside diameter (O.D.) x thickness. For flanged bearings the same...

Quick-release servo mount

3947
Rating

During construction we often need that "third hand", and there are times when it would be really useful to be able to see assemblies from front and rear at the same time.
Servo installation is fast and reliable using the quick-release servo mount.
The mounting plates are simply positioned either in front of the servo or behind it - whichever is more convenient - and the servo is secured in the usual way using socket-head cap screws or self-tapping screws.

  • Quick-release servo mount
  • can be used for JR servos (Graupner) and Futaba servos alike

Rotor blade tie-down

Review(s): 0

Rotor blade tie-downs are an essential feature of full-size helicopter life. The tie-down protects the blades from swinging, rocking and stretching, and thereby prevents excessive pressure on the rotor shaft. If these measures were not taken the result could easily be in-flight mechanical failure; rotor blades spinning as the wind rises could strike...
